Brendan Riley Director of Southport Comedy Festival explained: “There is no better way to raise money than by raising a smile, and that is what we aim to do. We have supported many charities in the past and this year we are delighted to choose this excellent local charity.”

Eve Austin Birchall Blackburn Law said “I would like to thank all those who sponsored me last year, thanks to Bren Riley of The Big Comedy UK for making it possible for me to raise £765.00 for The Community Link Foundation. My first time at Stand Up Comedy … It was such fun albeit on the night I was so nervous performing to paying guests at The Ramada Hotel, Southport. Thanks to Enda Rylands and his wonderful team for their support and enabling this event to be held at The Ramada Hotel. Well done to all those who took part.” IMAG0041birchall
