Film and Music Theme
This year we will be introducing a film and music theme. The route is being designed to take you past the plethora of historical set locations and musical venues and landmarks that belong to London.
This twist will let you bring your favourite film and music moments to life at iconic landmarks including 221b Baker Street (Sherlock Holmes), Abbey Road (The Beatles), The Globe Pub in Borough Market (Bridget Jones), 22 Heddon Street (David Bowie) and many more.
On the night itself, there will be a #selfie competition and participants can tweet selfies along the ride using the #NightriderLdn2015. Whoever has the most fun and unique selfiestar story along the route can win fantastic prizes. More details will be revealed nearer to the time.
Shorter Route Introduced
We are happy to announce that we have introduced a shorter 60km route for Nightriderâ„¢ 2015 starting and finishing at the Lee Valley VeloPark in East London.
Registration is now open for this option and you can register via the same registration link here at www.nightrider.org.uk.
The 60km route will still take in most of central London and include the iconic landmarks but misses out the Northern and Southern suburban sections of our full route, so that you still have an enjoyable Nightriderâ„¢ experience.
New start Location – Lee Valley VeloPark
We are excited to say that we will be using the Lee Valley VeloPark as one of the start points for Nightrider 2015. We will not be using Alexandra Palace. No changes have been made to the Crystal Palace start.
